All products from ASHA J are carefully packaged and processed within 24 hours to ensure quick and efficient delivery to all our customers.

Shipping times may vary depending on delivery service chosen, please refer to our shipping section below for more information. ASHA J cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or in the unlikely event of a carrier delay.

Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email acknowledgement, followed by a second email once your order has been processed and despatched. All our UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail and all worldwide orders are delivered by Parcelforce.

International orders may have customs or import duties due once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel including the customs charges must be paid by the parcel recipient. We recommend you contact your local customs authority for more information.

Orders can be cancelled, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed by ASHA J. Once it has been processed and despatched, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. Alternatively, you can use the contact form, or email us at



All full price products can be returned to ASHA J within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Products must be returned in an unused resalable condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The original delivery cost will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for any return postage costs. We recommend you use a tracked postage option to return your product(s) and retain proof of postage.

Once we have received the product(s), please allow 10 working days to process the refund back to your original payment method.
